Mr. Welter is the first to show respect + helps EVERY student build his/her future. Just look at the GOLD STAR teachers, and other awards this staff has been awarded! The thing I like best is that each student is held accountable for his/her actions, either good or bad. Also rather than let homework issues slide to the point of failure the staff works with parents & the ECHOES program to head off potential issues. The same vice principal is there now as was when I attended. If a child is in his office, he/she is there for a good reason.
