  Every time I have had to deal with the Waterloo Water Works I am treated with a lot of disrespect. It's the same old story about with a Government Job...no accountability for how they treat humans...because they can't get fired for bad…

  Horrible customer service! Never have I heard someone tell me that I need to take off work to sign a piece of paper or else they are turning my water off. With no money even owed on the account! That is ridiculous! I sent the agreement…

  Water water everywhere

  This is a city utility and, like many utilities, a monopoly. If you want running water in your home in Waterloo, you'll be dealing with them. \r Fortunately, they're helpful and friendly, and provide good service.
